Shaun has had years of experience in five star restaurants in downtown Toronto. Born & raised in Thornbury Shaun decided to venture back to Thornbury last summer and has been impressing people with his talents ever since.
At Bruce we are dedicated to serving the freshest, seasonal and where possible local food in a small plate format. By the glass or by the bottle, the wine list will be sure to please even the most discerning diner! After all , we are a wine bar...we just happen to serve dinner very well too. Feed your curiosity.
